At Grass Roots we work with clients across a broad spectrum of industry sectors, delivering both one-off and multi-year contracted work for a range of needs and budgets. Commencing with global hotel groups, including key hotel representation ompanies and venue chains we undertook a global

RFP process conducted over a 6 month period. This resulted in a number of suppliers being ‘approved' based upon meeting these expectations. In the instances where suppliers exceeded expectations we awarded ‘preferred' status as our focus is not only upon delivering excellence ourselves, but also recognising and supporting excellence demonstrated by our key partners.

Our goal is for clients to have the confidence that they are partnering with an agency who not only provides expertise & delivery excellence, but one that is serious about understanding key client issues & concerns, addressing them in a pro-active manner and at the same time challenging the supply chain to get serious about supporting the issues.

Following the global hotel and venue chains RFP the process will now extend this to our other meeting and events supply chain categories.
