Debbie Donaldson, Global Development Director of the Meetings, Events and Communications division of Grass Roots has joined the Site International Board of Directors.

Site, a not-for-profit organisation, is dedicated to enhancing the awareness and effectiveness of motivational experiences and incentive travel in order to increase use globally.

Donaldson has been involved with Site for 13 years and was approached to join the board in March 2010. She comments: "I am delighted to be part of such a dynamic board and be able to contribute to the strategy and future direction of an international trade association."

Brenda Anderson, CEO of Site, adds: "We're thrilled to have someone with Debbie's strategic thinking and international experience join the board and look forward to her support going forwards."

In addition to her work with Site, Donaldson will continue in her role at Grass Roots, where her primary focus is to build out the Events and Communications products & services and develop client relationships in key markets internationally.
