The events and communications division of Grass Roots has appointed Jessica Newton as global account director initially focussing on developing key financial and professional services business in London, New York, Singapore and the emerging markets. Jessica was formerly director key accounts UK for Steigenberger Hotels. Prior to this she worked as account manager UK & Ireland for Maritim Hotels and as regional key account Manager in Berlin for Accor, Germany.

With the continuing growth of business in our New York office over the last 6 months and the opportunities for our office in Singapore, her role will involve working closely with new and existing clients to develop business in these key venue procurement markets."
